HypnoBirthing is a complete childbirth program that is run 1 session a week for 5 weeks. It is a 12 hour program that covers everything you need to know to prepare for the birth of your baby.
You can choose either to take the course as a group class or privately in your own home.
Group classes are run in eureka, new south wales and are taught over 5 evenings from 7pm until approximately 9.30pm or on Saturday from 10am until approximately 12.30pm. Groups are limited to 3 couples and offer you the advantage of meeting other couples who are on the same birthing journey as you - a bond which usually continues beyond the birth of your babies. Group course start dates and days are co-ordinated to suit the whole group's availability.
Private classes are taught in the comfort of your own home and can be tailored to fit into your weekly schedule.
all classes include:
- at least 12 hours of class time;
- the textbook: "HypnoBirthing: The Mongan Method" by Marie Mongan;
- an extensive folder of course handouts;
- a download card for the Rainbow Relaxation and positive affirmations soundtracks;
- unlimited email and phone support with me; and
- my gifts to you: a small canvas carry bag, birth affirmation cards by the incredible @spiritysol and a Tinderbox Lavender Mist.
